Northern Colorado (Overall rating: 69) hopes that the new coach can improve their standing in the Big Sky Conference. When asked how he felt about securing a Division I coaching position at the extremely young age of 25, Hoese said he was thrilled. "I feel like Northern Colorado is a great up an coming program, and I hope I can contribute to them rising through the ranks of college football". Bill Hoese brings with him two assistant coaches: Serge Neverett (C overall) and Lavardicus Sigurdarson (C overall).
