How does redshirting in dynasty mode work in terms of who can be shirted and which 4 games of the year a player can play?

Where/When/How do you fire your coordinators? I finished a season last night and wanted to fire one of my coordinators. Each week, I checked different tabs, but never saw an option to fire anyone.

I have discovered it was my throwing technique and not the player's ratings. In his 2nd game Booty was 26 -- 34, 457 yards with 5 TDs and 0 Ints. I threw a beautiful 75 yard TD pass on a Go Route that traveled about 45 yards downfield along the sideline.

So in madden we can see the player archetype fits for each scheme, in CFB25, I have not been able to find that.

Does anyone know where this information is?

I’d love to have a spreadsheet of all the archetypes for each scheme.

I wish more people would use this thread and stop posting one-off questions in new topics.

Is there a way to sub in the second team that I’m missing? I assumed it would be doable through the coaching menu during games, but it isn’t there. I’m playing as an Offensive Coordinator in Dynasty, so that could have something to do with it.

Can someone give me a cheat sheet to all of the various icons that show up on the player cards both for when they are on your team or you are recruiting them?

1. What does a star mean on the player card for a player on your team?
2. In recruiting you can get a green gem, but what does a crossed out gem mean? Just that they aren't a gem? Or they are an anti-gem and worse than expected?
3. Is there another recruiting symbol related to the gems?
4. I see the C for team captain and that I can set captains - how many captains can you have on a team?

I’ve had issues with this also. My CB’s get torched when I try and press. Then if I play off man coverage they give up the easy underneath throws for a first down.
