Re: Need some help here...

I second the plea.

I see the green in the play calling screen get a little less green , indicating my players are getting tired(??), but they never sub out.

Have my settings at 80/85 as well. 7 min quarters.

Is there an overall fatigue rate slider/setting?

I think they sub out when the little color is brown on the play-call screen

Check your Defensive line, if the cpu sustains a drive they drop like flies. In all the teams I have ever controled the RB usually comes out too soon (right in the red zone). Recently I have been using Memphis, DeAngelo Williams will not come out of the game! And I run him every other play, and when he is not running the ball I throw a swing pass to him.

I play as FSU and I cannot get the DL to sub at all. Washington almost never leaves the game.

Well Memphis does not have a steller DL, I am sure it is tied to the quality of the player.

Yeah, this happened to me all the time last year using the default substitution settings. It looks like they wanted to tone down fatigue, but maybe they toned it down a little too much. I'm betting they did it to make sure the "Impact" player was on the field as much as possible, to get as much exposure for this feature as possible.
