40 yard dash?

Anybody who has the Xbox version mind telling me how in the hell you do the 40 yard dash. Everytime I tap "A" (X on PS2) I run like two steps and then "fault" appears on the screen and I don't get any points.

You have to wait - the coach says "Ready. Set. Go." and THEN you tap the a button. Just be patient, it takes a second for him to get ready.

It will say "Ready...Set...Go" or something like that. Only after they say "Go" are you able to start mashing buttons like old school Track and Field from the Nintendo days.

This campus legend mode looks tight this year, and now that I actually know how to run the 40 I might actually get some good scholarships.

This mode is the only reason I purchased both the 360 and regular Xbox version.

"Good scholarships"? You do know that it's the same as last year, meaning if you do well enough in the drills you're allowed to pick which team you play for out of ALL the teams? I wish they offered you scholarships based on: How well you do in the drills, and position needs for the schools. Sigh..

Then just choose a school that has a need at your position. If you do well enough to choose from everybody, then it shouldn't be hard to find a school that needs you. That's what I did at QB. I could have gone anywhere, and chose Clemson because they just lost Whitehurst.
