A few questions:

1) How do I fake snap? Can't I do that anymore?
2) How can I cause a celebration, can't seem to make it work.

1) Press circle pre-snap.
2) Umm... is it hold L1? Holding one of the shoulder buttons will cause your player to celebrate mid-play.

Check the instruction leaflet for celebration instructions. I can't remember.
