Release a Player or Delete CAP

Anyone know how to do either of these in the team managment screen......I created myself at QB and wanted to be in Arkansas but when i put myself there it said full roster so i threw myself on Arkansas STate to find a way to release someone on ARK and I can seem to find it and now my CAP is stuck on ARK St........anyone know how to fix this?

The problem is either:

1. Arkansas has 70 players on their roster and you cannot create any new players for them. In this case your only option is to edit an existing Arkansas player.

or

2. All the CAP slots for Arkansas are used up. You can delete or edit a CAP and use that slot to make yourself.
