Greyshirting on next Gen?

Can you grey shirt injured players in Dynasty on next gen? If so, how and when?

Greyshirting is for incoming recruits who won't qualify, where you want to hide them away at a Prep school for a year. It's not for injured players on your team.

That isn't gray shirting. Gray shirting is taking a qualified player and asking him in January instead of August thus giving you more freedom where to place his scholarship.

Re: Greyshirting on next Gen?

I have seen players that i was recruiting end up "not qualifying". I dont know what happens to them afterwards though. Maybe they end up being future juco players or something.

Really? I don't know that I've ever seen that. That's kind of cool.

08 (on reg XBox) has medical redshirts. I've had several people get injured for 8+ weeks and when you go into the injury report it gives you the option to petiton the NCAA for a medical redshirt, but if they've already been redshirted then they just deny you, which seems to defeat the purpose of asking for a medical redshirt, but atleast it's a step in the right direction.
