Odd recruit.

I am simming my seasons to export the draft classes, and in my fourth season as I'm about to advance through the position assignments I get the note "there are still athletes waiting to be assigned a position."

I go to switch and what do I see? A 5'11 252 lb athlete. Here comes the kicker: His 2nd highest rating is at CB (probably because he has a 92 in speed!!!) and his highest rating is at FS. 5'11 and 252 with a 92 in speed. That's a load.

Sadly, his hit power is 35 for some reason.

I'm not playing the games or anything, but jesus...Oh, he's a 74 rating by the way.

Anyone else ever had freaks like this before?

Yeah, but that's EA for you. When I see some s*** like that i just edit the players myself...then reorganize my depth chart you know because of EA's s***ty programming..

Re: Odd recruit.

Most of the time I just get the 6'2 190 DE who is rated 85, or a 6'8 330lb FB.

Re: Odd recruit.

I recruited a * punter who was an 86 speed once. I took him even though he was garbage. Tried running trick plays with him, but the speed wasn't as helpful as I'd thought it would be. Never worked.

Re: Odd recruit.

My prize recruit dual-threat QB (who is now a junior) has mid-80s SPD, AGL, and ACC ratings and is 6'1", 265 lbs.
