does anyone know if we will have the option to play or look at games from either of these angles?

No. There will be a new camera package for NCAA '10 though.

Quantity is now replaced by strengthening quality of the content.

meaning that if you have a camera angle you make sure it can deal with everything else that's going on in the game vsiually. no hiccups(framerates0 etc. smooth transitions. it's the concentration of this that leads to making sure at least one thing looks spot on instead of having 2/5 work. Quality is what is essential really.
