If you are in a on line dynasty can you do all of the off season stuff off line and then convert back to the online or do you have to do step 1 everyone does that and so on.....? Mainly asking about Players leaving stage?

You can do the players leaving offline and then bring it back online and invite everyone back. The problem is all the user coach history will be lost.

on top of that, sometimes some of the recruiting pitches get messed up. like TV exposure.
