Once the Teambuilder site goes live will rosters be able to be named on that site or will we have to download via EA locker?

You will only be able to edit rosters on a team by team basis. If you wanted the complete rosters for all 120 you would still have to do them on your console. beause your only allowed to download 12/25 created teams at a time on your system.
