Conference Invitations?

What ever happened to being able to play a dynasty with a crap team (eastern michigan), build them up and eventually get invited to a better conference (Big Ten, Big East). I realize that I could just put any team in any conference, however it would be a little more realistic if I were just invited through the game itself like in the past.

I remember this being implemented in previous games, but then all of a sudden, they seemed to stop this feature. Anyone know why? Also, if I do start a dynasty with a bad team and build them up, play in a BCS Game or two, will my recruiting pitches increase or stay the same in 10?

you can get conference invites in offline, just not online. not 100% sure but I believe its a trophy\acheivement again this year. don't know if ur pitches will change or not but I think they are supposed to

oh ok, i didn't realize that it was still a part of the game. I never got to in depth with '09 to get an invite, I always just took the job offers if they were with a school I wanted to take over. I guess I just figured it wasn't in the game anymore.

Here's the only trophy that relates to having a conference invite. It also includes winning the SEC championship after moving to the new conference.

What Competition?	20
Win the 1st year SEC championship with a team moved from the Sun Belt in single team Dynasty Mode.

I find that next gen it's a lot tougher to get conference invites that it was on the ps2 glory days.

That feature was definetly still in '09.
