Buy NCAA 10

Although all of the features can be found in NCAA 06' and their Create-A-School feature may even be a little more robust than TeamBuilder....I have come to believe that NCAA 10 still does have redeeming value. The gameplay has improved in the area of animations and AI seems to play alot smarter. Although I feel slighted graphically by being a PS3 owner, the graphics on the final copy will not be bad. I hope that the patch fixes certain things like sliders and rosters...but also hopefully maybe they can patch in a better Presentation. If all else fails....play the PS2/Xbox NCAA Football 06....you won't be disappointed either way.

And before you bash me...I understand that there is alot that SHOULD be in the game already and hope that we get some of it patched in...if not then Play last-gen game on your Next-Gen systems and just update the Rosters....But I am going to give it a try.

I agree with some of the criticisms of the game but overall I do think it will be a decent game.

Create-A-School in NCAA 06 is nowhere near as robust as TeamBuilder.
