NCAA 11 needs the "EXTRA POINT" show

Okay, well maybe not the extra point per say but NCAA needs some form of weekly wrap-up show. Picture it... let's say it's called college wrap-up hosted by Doug Flutie and he goes over:

1. The TOP ten games of the week
2. SHOWS HIGHLIGHTS OF THE BEST PLAYS OF THE WEEK
3. Comments on the top25 match-ups for the next week
4. Discusses the players of the week
5. Comments on top prospects and who they sign with
6. Goes over interesting stats/facts each week

The show would last about five minutes and would be based on the format of the Extra Point show. As well, the COLLEGE WRAP-UP Show would be optional so for people who want to skip it, go for it.

Flutie and the College Wrap-up show could also be used as a halftime show, a bowl week preview show, a heisman show, and a national signing day show.

The atmosphere and presentation of NCAA FOOTBALL 11 would go through the roof and would go a long way in winning back the hardcore fans this series has lost over the last three years.

Cool, but it's fluff that I'd easily forsake if I could get our "NCAA 2006 in 10 clothing" that we've mentioned in two other threads.

If I got that, sure, load this on top of it for the bonus.

This won't win back the hardcore people. Gameplay and features will.

Oh I agree with you but I really don't think the current NCAA team want to get back to last gen greatness. They want to do new (and often pointless gimmicky fluff) things. Adam was on record last year as saying that the NCAA team wants to take the game in new directions... that does not bode well for you and I who want to see NCAA 06 revisited.

I suspect that with the Road to GLory presentation additions, we will see some of that added to dynasty next year. But, I can tell you that if I don't see formation subs, coaches, refs, and fcs... I will not be a happy camper!

Maybe this should be changed into a poll? Who wants an extras point type show versus who does not?

I wouldn't mind it, but there would have to be a option in the settings to have it on or off. I would want to see it every game I play.

Yes I agree... if you want to skip it go for it. I just want the option of having it.

I agree it needs it but God shoot me if its Doug Flutie and/or Craig James. I would not even watch it once if that was the case.

Something like college football live. Just show some of the top games that were played and other ones that were close. Pick the top players of the week (4 or 5, however many they usually pick), have some insight on the upcoming schedules for the top teams. Actually quite simply.

Just no Mark May or Craig James
