I'm looking to start up a new offline dynasty, and I need a new team.

I want someone who is up and coming, no higher than 4 stars, prefer 2 or 3.

Anywhere but the North East.

Solid running + Decent short passing game.

I'm getting tired of playing with Rutgers, and plus part of me has to make RU never lose, so if I play with a team with no ties to myself, I won't feel so bad about losing.

Baylor.

Robert Griffin, an impact RB, and the possibility that if you go unbeaten you get to play for the BCS Championship (which is damn near impossible with tiny schools. I took North Texas to undefeated with wins over each of the preseason top 5 and still didn't make it).

Ball State or Miami OH
the MAC has 4 bowls and the games are fun to play, recruiting is somewhat a challange.

I used to use Toledo in like NCAA2005 or 06. Whenever they had Bruce Gradkowski.

Baylor sounds like fun, but even being a bottom tiered team from Texas can make recruiting pretty easy, ran into the same problem using UCF.

use clemson, they have a good running game with spiller and have 2 young running backs behind him with alot of potential and they are a 3 star school.
