In todays Washington Post there is a write up about Sam Keller who plans to sue EA Sports because he believes players should be paid for the likeness represented in the game. Keller stated regardless of EA using names or not they should not be able to even make the players look like their on field counterparts.

This has been ongoing for a while.

Looks like a classic case of a former football player strapped for cash; this loser needs to get on with his life.
