I can't find a place on the menu....do I have to set them up after I get into a game?

I thought they were on main menu under team management/ strategy...somewhere like that...

Team management / Formation Subs...

This is while in Dynasty mode. Don't see any options to do so at main screen though..

you can do them in game as well. just pause and go to strategy.. it's right there.
