how will i know when the tuner fixes the recruits???

Right after the game connects to the EA servers it says scanning for tuner updates, if there is one available you get the option of installing.

After downloaded/installed, after the season when you load the new recruits it should be fixed

Aren't the EA servers still down? It says so everytime I load the game.

It seems to be hit & miss, I loaded the game and didn't connect and immediately quit and tried again and it connected.

the only thing down for me is season showdown. I was able to access and play my online dynasty game a few minutes ago.
