EA account says I'm too young

Anyone else have this issue? When I try to do anything online it says im too young. anyone know how to fix this?

Probably has something to do with the Parental Controls you have in your Xbox.

no i have a ps3 and i turned parental controls off. im 26, never had this prob w ea before.

What exactly are you doing and what is the exact error message?

My brother had a similar problem that just popped up out of the blue. He tried various things for a good couple hours before he just gave up and emailed EA support and after a few emails they fixed it for him.

immediately when i go to start the game at the initial start screen it automatically tries to log in and gives the following message.

"Account Error-Thank you for your interest. We're sorry, but you are not old enough to access EA's online features. Please continue to enjoy all of the great features in your game."

I've contacted EA and they said it was a PS Network issue. Just got off the phone with PSN for half an hour, tried everything and they say its an EA issue.

i too am getting this and got the same response for PSN that its an EA issue anyone else have any luck resloving this?

EA... this will cut down on 80% of the cheesers you find in random games, lol jk... that sucks though...
