I have created my highschool team with the last teambuilder version, will i still be able to use that team in RTG? and also will i be able to download other teambuilder highschool teams that have beeen created to use in my RTG rather than creating them all..because there are a lot of local highschool teams that have been completed..and i dont want to create them all if i dont have to...thanks!

Yes, just wait until Teambuilder 12 is officially released, open your team, and save it for NCAA 12.

If you go into Teambuilder and click edit on one of your teams, it tells you if you change anything it'll save it as an NCAA 12 team if it was made in NCAA 11. So that part you're good.

ok right on..thanks. and as far as creating other teams for the league can i just download already completed teams or do i have to start from scratch for rtg?
