Found a Glitch

I had just got done making a custom playbook and I went to play now to test it out and see if it was good, Itwas just an ordinary playbook nothing was unrealistic.

About 6 plays into my drive I go back to the playcall screen and every play was blank and had question marks above it. No matter where i went in the playbook it stayed like that. I went to Ask Coach, Formations, types of plays and special teams and nothing changed.
When i selected the blank play, all 11 of my playes ran up to the ball and formed a tight circle.

Called timeouts and they didn't work so I went to supersim and pressed A to simulate 1 play and once i did that the game froze.

Hopefully this was a 1 time glitch and I will be able to use my playbook in the future
