What does coach loyalty mean for a recruiting pitch?

My guess, how long a coach has been with the program.

its like integrity.. like broken promises vs kept promises.. plays a good role when unlocking pitches and promises as well

Okay makes sense... last year there wasn't anything in place for broken promises. Thanks for replying.

I'm not sure about the promises part.. I have a C+ rating, I believe it is your tenure at programs. I started out OC at Air Force 2 years, 1 year as OC at Wash, and now in my 3rd year with OSU... I haven't stayed at a program long and that's why it's low. when i first got OSU my CoaL was C-. but it gets better... I only wish CoaL wouldn't be affected as much by your OC moves.. OC's will move and take offers that are better to get closer to landing a big job, like I was able too.

It's your loyalty to a program... pretty much how long you've been there. I don't think it has anything to do with promises.
