recruiting former commits

I'm about to end a contract and head to a new team to build that program. I don't know if this has been mentioned before. I'm sure it has, but I wish there was an option to talk to current players that you have spent time recruiting and playing for you to transfer to your new school.

another note: has anyone compared recruiting by yourself or letting the game do it for you. I'm interested to know if the game does a sufficient job of recruiting for you. I have always done my own. what are your experiences?

Yeah, I don't think tthat's legal. I think all you can do is talk to the guys at your new school and get them to not transfer

That would be against the rules. If they put in penalties for things like this that would be cool. But I'd rather them spend their time making the current features work properly.

It's kind of a shady idea...kind of like offereing a ton of promises, then leaving at year end...you leave the team in shambles...you would think it would hurt your loyalty rating...or put you on the NCAA watch list...

I don't really want them adding semi-cheat stuff into the game because I see it working out way too well in the computer's favor... like 3 years into a dynasty, Bob Stoops leaves Oklahoma to go coach at ND, you take the Oklahoma job, only to find out that he took 15 guys with him. NCAA mysteriously doesn't look into it.
