It seems that every time my opponent fumbles the ball, my defenders attempt to walk around the guy to pick up the ball instead of just diving on it. It's really frustrating because I've lost close game due to this. I don't usually manually control my players after a fumble because I run past the ball a lot.

Is this based on awareness? What should I do?

this happened to me a lot. now i just start diving towards the ball and i get it 9-10 times now
