I am generally always on the receiving end of the AI refs bocked calls. For once it went my way and I actually didn't expect it to.

The other team punted to me, it was heading to drop on my 3 yard line so i moved up to let it go. Their coverage team got there very quickly and surrounded the ball as it hit. Well it bounced their way anyhow and stopped about the 5 yard line. The thing is, it had rolled near me when it finally stopped and as one of their guys touched it another one bumped into me. They got called for kick catching interference. I couldn't help but LMAO.

Had to share. Too funny because when it was actually still in the air I was no where around the ball. But the game seems to call it even if the ball is on the ground.

Ya, I've had this happen a few times to me when I kick, it's actually pretty annoying, but I guess I would be a nice 15 yard gift from the refs if i ever got one to go my way!

I turned that penalty off since it's been taken out in real NCAA football this year.

Fair catch interfearence hasn't been taken out. the halo rule has been taken out. you still can't touch a guy who calls a fair catch, but the 3 yard or whatever it was halo rule is gone.

Even if they dont call a fair catch you cant touch them tell they catch it. But you are correct, no "halo" rule. Just have to leave enough room for them to catch it then you can paste them.
