Penn State Football really could use a good WR (other than Eugene Lewis) such as Robert Foster to complement incoming QB's Steven Bench (Signed) (Class of 2012) and Christian Hackenberg (Verbal Commit)(Class of 2013) and some good incoming RB's.

Penn State Basketball will really benifit from Brandon Taylor (Class of 2012) and Brandon Austin (Class of 2013)

Thanks for Carmen Williams and Tommy Schutt. Penn State will be fine though. O'brien will keep them competitive. Theres too much talent in PA for them not to be elite. Last time I checked schools that put over 100k fans in the stands typically compete nationally.
