I've looked everywhere and

So far no metioned of a Spring Game feature or Medical Redshirts for NCAA Football 13. Does anybody know if they have been confirmed or denied for the game. I hope at the very least the do like College Hoops 2K did and make the medical redshirts automatic when a player goes down early enough in the season. And as for the spring game, I hope they at the very least that they allow you to export your team to play in exhibition mode. I want to see my ones against my twos in a game situation.

Being that they have already talked about dynasty, it would be no. No spring game or medical red shirts.

Yeah, they are dynasty improvements and with dynasty info already out, it looks like a no unfortunately.

Don't see why either needs to be put in.

Maybe medical rs but that is so rare, spring game is absolute waste of time.
