NCAA 13 Coaching Carousel QUESTION....

Does ANYONE out there know if the coaching carousel has any changes to it in NCAA 13? I think it was a great tool to put in the game last year but I do think there was some improvements needed to be made for NCAA 13.

Examples:

1. Hire and Fire our own coaches.
2. Receive decent job offers if you were a HC at a small school
3. Coaches received A+ grades extremely fast
4. Reasonable coaches (let's do away with an average coordinator with an 7-6 record in the Sunbelt become a HC of a powerhouse)

Have any of you noticed some of these trends last year?

And

Does anyone know if any of these were corrected?

The reason small time coaches got powerhouse jobs right away was because there was a bug in the coach progression system, which is why coaches got to A+ much too quickly. This was fixed in a patch last year and worked like a charm.
