I like your idea of these conferences. I made my own pretty much did it by state and meshing it all up. Here's my custom conferences. I just put east and west as default when writing them up.

I'm going to try to start these tonight it should be interesting to see who comes up on top. I'd say the BIG 12 is the toughest conference so far. Let me know what you think.

Jumparound, why don't you take the Florida schools in the Big East and swap them with the Michigan schools in C-USA? That way C-USA is all Florida and Louisiana and Big East has mostly northern teams... Makes more sense geographically.

I just realized this haha. I could put ECU with the Louisiana and Florida schools too, but it would make the other conference somewhat small.

You have Iowa schools with the PAC and how the hell do you have Wisconsin and Nebraska in non-AQ conference yet teams like Iowa State, SJ State, Army, Navy are all in the PAC which looks like it does have an AQ and Ohio, Kent State, Bowling Green in an AQ Big 10...sorry I think these conferences are way too out of wack and horrible.
