Is there a way to delete them altogether. Like completely take them off. I am thinking maybe it's somewhere in my account

If you downloaded the item you could delete it by going to the NCAA13 save on you HD and delete it like that.

I didn't see it under saved data utility or game data utility? Am I missing something?

Sounds like you're missing the game save data.
