This.

They have the look to the sideline thing for some teams and then some teams just work at breakneck speed. Every no huddle hurry team looks to the sidelines. EA can't get this right. They continue to abandon this poor implemented feature.

There's a difference between hurry up teams that consistently run out of the pistol/shotgun formations the entire game and an end of game no huddle situation. They're completely different.

This is definitely a lame, disappointing game killer. It shows me not to ever buy NCAA again because even if it's perfect on release day (even though it never is) they can still screw it up with a patch and totally ruin it.

My thing is even though the run off "delay" is not entirely accurate currently in relation to the quarter lengths. I rather the delay to simulate the call being sent in from the sideline.

Now I would rather, like you mention a higher penalty on fatigue for extreme high speed running of the no huddle.
Unlike my real life preference for no huddle, I have never been a huge no huddle guy in NCAA, I feel like it leads to mistakes. I prefer huddling up and just running a slow and deliberate ball control offense. However, I liked knowing that if I really needed to step on the gas in a 'late & close' situation, I could. The bug really has forced a change in the way you use timeouts late and the way you orchestrate two minute drives.

I find myself hoarding timeouts late in close games just because you really need those on offense now. Previously my mind set was inline with real life game management, use your timeouts on defense where the clock is out of your control and then run an efficient 0 timeout hurry up where you can use the first down marker and out of bounds to control the clock.

Now, knowing this is in the game, you really have to hold on to those timeouts if at all possible to allow for some wiggle room if this animation happens to get you without doing the work around. It also forces you to run a more NFL-oriented two minute drive where you have to work the sidelines almost exclusively as opposed to college ball where you can work the middle and rely on first down clock stoppages to save you some time.

So in a way, I like that it makes the two minute drive harder. You really have to have a handle on what you're doing going into it or it'll cost you. But at the same time I hate it because it just looks so bad and when I am calling the same play in the same formation, I don't need guys to "hear" the play call.

I am hoping they either re-patch it to go back to the old way (and then address it in NCAA 14) OR patch it and make it so the work around doesn't work AND it impacts the CPU equally. One or the other.

Can an EA sports football person please hop on the site and gives us an explanation on why this happend and when will it be fixed? I even understand the players not hearing on away games, but home games smh. Please EA explain to us what happened and when will it be fixed. Us die hard paying EASPORTS fans deserve answers.
It is a change for the greater good which is to curb folks exploiting the no huddle offense. Essentially the no huddle is fine, the issue is players using the hurry up all game and getting cheap garage by snapping the ball before the defense could make it back access the line of scrimage.

The "animation" of the confused state rather than looking at sideline is wrong, BUT it is a good place holder.

The time of the delay should be sped up just a few seconds. I have supplied video proof of this earlier in the time a standard Oregon no huddle offense takes and it is not perfect with the current no huddle fix BUT it is better than the previous instant line up and snap with no time off the clock.

A PERFECT run no huddle could possibly get run with no time run off clock after a first down, but it is not a standard down to down bases. So the designed decision for time to run off for the players to "receive" the call is correct. The animation and delay are the only two things needing fixing.

Any disputing of this is just inaccurate.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Oregon no huddle offense and the time that came off the clock between plays was between 4 to 20 seconds. So based on the new patch this seems to be very realistic.

1st no huddle - was a first down which stopped the clock and they still had 3 seconds tick off before hike. 14 total between both plays

2nd no huddle - QB passing calls out to WRs, WRs running into place. Play 1 is blown dead at 8:03, play 2 is snapped at 7:46. That is a 17 second run off between plays.

3rd no huddle - 1:38 on clock for first play. Blown dead at 1:34, You can then see the QB receiving the call, passing call along to team and team is not set until 1:17 for the hike. That is a 17 second run off between play 1 and snap of play 2.

The I can't hear you effect is a positive effect on replicating the players receiving call. The ONLY issue from this is the spike the ball no huddle, this should NOT ever happen of the players not knowing the call.

Spot on... It needs corrected for the spike ball play and inside 2 minutes.

Except the fact it affected me offline and not the CPU and destroyed my entire offline dynasty gameplan. Not greater good to me.
