OD question - choosing coordinators

Do you have the ability to hire and fire coordinators in an online dynasty? After my last season ended I lost both of my coordinators. The OC I ended up with was brand spanking new level 0. We usually just roll through the coaching changes because in our OD you just stick to the same school. But could I have picked my OC? Do I have the option to fire and hire an experienced one?

What stinks about the situation is that the new OC gains levels at my current overall level ( level 15), instead of his level of 0. So he won't be able to level up to where my old OC was anytime soon.

No. You have no control over who leaves and who stays. You just have to hope that you're able to bring in someone better the next season if the OC/DC get canned or take another jerb.

It's why I like the ability to at least change some of the skill tree, I don't ever change when I give my head coach because I don't think that should ever be changed, but because I don't have the ability to hire my coordinators I at least change their skill tree to what I like and chalk it up to hiring a coordinator that fits my style.
