Head Coach/Off Cord and their pass/run agg/cons tendencies

When playing the CPU is it the HC that calls the plays or is it the OC? That is if the HC has a run heavy tendency but the OC is pass all the way, who trumps who?

And same for the aggression slider?

Any help?

I am 99% sure that the game actually averages out the run/pass tendencies of the HC and the OC. I'm not sure about the aggression slider though.
