Which team?

Im looking for a well rounded team that will do well running the option. I used NOtre Dame last year and they were perfect, but they dont have a speedy qb any more. Plus their secondary is kind of weak and Im getting torched deep by players online using the top 5 teams of the world. Just seems like they arent that good for playing online. I tried out West Virginia. They are lower ranked and are pretty good. Any other suggestions? I dont want a ridiculous team. I pride myself in beating up on all the people that use these ridiculous teams online with a lesser team. I like to throw to the tight end as well as my receivers. And a good rb is a must. I also like being strong up the middle with DT's, a good MLB and safeties.
