Modifying recruits and increasing overall rating

I saw a post here yesterday which made mention of modifying recruits' rankings. I think the gist of it was increasing an incoming freshman's overall ranking so he could potentially start. My understanding was that this was done in some kind of program but I can't find the post where it's discussed more in depth. Can someone link me to the original post?

There’s quite a bit of those posts on here, but I made one referencing my stud system the other day (https://forums.operationsports.com/f...vement-11.html).

If that was the post you were thinking of, I actually do all the edits in game and it takes a few hours. I believe there are other ways you can do it but I’m not familiar with the applications necessary. You might want to check Mjavons dynamic dynasty thread, I believe his tool can make edits to incoming freshman.
