Recruting rules

I have just spent the last 45 minutes looking for the recruiting rules sheet....Tried every type of search, looked at the last 35 threads....a little frustrating.

Here is what I am looking for.


It has a map of the US with different areas shaded. Called regional areas. The idea of this thread was to recruite only a certain amount of recruits from your schools state, your region, and nationally.
