Impact Player?

I haven't played many College football games. I was just watching the Impact player video, is this feature like Gamebreaker. For those who played NCAA Gamebreaker from 989 on the PS1, it looks very similar i.e. the gamebreaker or Impact player is always highlighted ect...

Yea man I was telling my boy the first time i heard about the impact player addition to NCAA 2006, that is the same concept of Gamebreaker. I liked that aspect of Gamebreaker and hope that the impact player is even better.
