I hate to do this but I gotta the irony is just to much....from the Q/A section on NCAA 06

"How is the inside running game?

It's better than last year Off tackle is nice."

Basically we will see the same Mario running with no inside running game. I always love running a counter and seeing my fullback bounce off my center and then get tackled for a 5 yard loss. I sure hope the first thing that EA addresses on the next gen games is the running game. Buy 2ksports running game if you must but please fix.

how you can base an opinion on one comment made is beyond me, why don't you wait till the game comes out before you form your opinion, then if it is a legit gripe then you can say I told you so.

Sorry to sound like a noob, but what is "mario running"? Any relation to Super Mario?

Its when your running back is stuck behind one of your linemen (when trying to run up the middle) but continues the running animation although he is not actually moving. Much like running on a treadmill, except there is no treadmill.

I hate it too but with improved blocking inside we'll see less of it with holes opening up. Every review has said the inside running game has better blocking. As for the off tackle, that isn't in relation to saying you need to run the ball outside, it's a reference to the actual off-tackle being removed in most playbooks in 2005 is all. It's back!

I don't think he's basing it on one comment since Mario Running has been in EA's game for at least a decade. Why do you have to apologize for all things EA?
