I'm going to create-a-college (I know, a dork) and make them a cupcake, then run a little dynasty with them before my major dynasty with the Virginia Tech Hokies.

I usually make a version of my alma mater (currently an NAIA team) and have fun with that for a bit, but it's so hard to make a stadium that shoddy and uniforms that look just right, not to mention difficulty finding a roster for last year's team, so I eventually tire of it and move on to an actual dynasty with Pitt.
