Just like in real life, players have to earn their pride stickers by coming up with big plays.

The list I posted was for I-A teams in NCAA Football 06 (not necessarily real life) that use pride stickers. As nstod pointed out, Utah still uses them in-game. I think Oklahoma State and one other team (UCF?) that did in NCAA05 no longer do.

That would be a pretty sweet little option if you could actually choose to give your players the pride stickers.
