Is there a way to get subs?

i have subs at 80/85 and still noone sits out
fatigue and auto subs are on
i also have the coaching option thing set at max subs

help!

I've noticed the same thing. In madden you can up the percentage higher if you want. In Ncaa, if you want a sub... your going to have to call your local sub shop!!!!

lol they subbed my second string rb in after i ran it like 5 times in a row.

I don't know what you're doing wrong, I have mine set at 80/85 and my guys are always subbing out. What difficulty are you playing on? Quarter length? Does anyone ever sustain a drive when you play? I'm playing with Jistic's AA sliders (9 minute quarters) and have no issues with it at all, they sub out very realistically.
