As the title mentions, I am trying to find out how much the CPU boosts ablities at the different levels (Varsity, AA, Heisman).

I would say AA level is where no boost are given.

I believe that varsity has the cpu ratings decreased since that is the
out of the box setting for the young kids who just plop the cd in a play.

AA is the level used for online play and the level most used by older gamers so
I would think the ratings aren't boosted or watered down on AA.

Heisman definitely has big boost for the cpu.
