I'm even playing my dynasty with Duke and through 2 games of getting slaughtered by Michigan and V-Tech(changed up the sched a bit), I dont know if I have one legitimate dropped pass like everyone is talking.
Uh, well then you need to go see bigAnt, because he GUARANTEES that it is the Xbox version! Since he GUARANTEES it, I would assume there is some type of warranty or exchange he has going on, because this is a GUARANTEE, and if he says it is, and it happened to him this way, then that is it, take that to the bank. Because this he GUARANTEES.

Re: 15 DROPPED PASSES

I haven't had that many drops until my current season, year 3. I still don't get too many drops but I understand why I get them and I'm fine with it. My first two seasons I had veteran receivers. Now all my best receivers are freshmen and sophomores. They have great ratings but their composure is very low. Most of my drops happen when I'm on the road, and I think that is fine. The game would get pretty boring if the players played to their skill level all the time because my school gets top recruits each year. The fact that they drop passes in high pressure situations makes the game more fun. I have one senior WR on my team that has high composure. Even though he is my 4th best receiver on the team, in key situations on the road, I put him in the game and a lot of times he gets the pass if he is open because I know he will catch it, even though his catch ratings aren't as good as the others. Drops are just part of the game to try and simulate high pressure situations for those inexperienced players.

Is that all that you can contribute? if so then I GUARANTEE that you're an idiot, don't attack me personally you don't me and I don't know you. Why don't you go push over old ladies or something to get your childish kicks, and leave me alone. Have a nice day!

Re: 15 DROPPED PASSES

Guys, bigant is right. I have the XBOX version and my guys were dropping passes left and right. I rented the ps2 version and I have played three games so far and have only had two drops, and I have not adjusted the sliders at all. playing on AA. I think EA just did a really bad job of porting this game to the xbox, while the player models look slightly better on xbox, the ps2 actually has the advantage in grass textures and overall gameplay. It seems to me that the recievers run their routes faster in the ps2 version as well.

Re: 15 DROPPED PASSES

Casino, I can definitely see the pressure sensitive controller making a difference. however, the CPU tends to have the dropsies just as bad if not worse than the user on the xbox version. (at least in my experiences)

I played a game earlier on the PS2 version, I was USC against CAL. My final stats were pretty good, 63 percent completion rate, and only 1 drop. CAL only had 2 drops. Just to make sure it wasn't a fluke, I played some more games with teams of varying skill. I played with cupcakes, mid majors, and powerhouses, and I never had more than 5 drops in a game, and neither did the CPU.( i played on AA level, btw)

After that, I went into practice mode, picked offense only, and called a slant play. I threw the ball to the recievers as hard as I could and they didn't drop it as often as they did in the xbox version. So thats why I still think EA did a bad programming job on the xbox version.
