Set Discipline, recruiting, training.

I read that someone started a dynasty with and were able to set recruiting, discipline and training to different numbers up to 100. I acn't find an option to do this only to set recruiting to manual or assisted. Am I missing something ?

In the offseason, you can change this percentage. You might have to wait until your second year in the dynasty. You can change all three percentages then.
