The thing to remember about beating zone in NCAA is this:

The deep zone goes as deep as the deepest offensive player.
The LB zones stay at relatively the same level no matter what.

That leaves you opportunities to spread that hole out between the LBs and the S. This is generally true no matter what the zone defense. Send a couple guys super deep to draw back the deep zone. Then you should have opportunities in the middle zone.
