How much longer can we expect EA to produce a version of NCAA football for the original XBOX?

How long did they keep making Madden and NCAA for the original Playstation when the PS2/Xbox came out?

Searching gamespot, 2001 was the last edition of the playstation version and 2002 was the first edition of the PS2 version. I would imagine that you most likely will have to be next-gen for NCAA 08.

And Madden went to 2004 on PSX.... weird...

I will probably buy my 360 when NCAA comes out.

for me its if they make the game and then port it or if its a straight 360 title. that will decide if i buy one or not.

When the PS2 came out they went right to that medium. So I would guess as soon as the PS3 comes out we will have seen the last of the current gen NCAA games, which tells me this will likely be the last installment.
