Has anybody talked about the new kick meter?

I believe it works alot like the AFL game, with the right analog stick pull back and push forward.

yeah i read somewhere where it was going to be like that. I am excited to see how that will be.

I definitely welcome it... kicks are way too easy as it is and needs some challenge to it. This should certainly help.

yeah this kick meter should make kick off and field goals a little more challenging and alot more fun. Especially on those tight close games

I agree. Makes it a uncertain oppurtunity. Just like college football.

I almost wish you didn't have control over your kicker -- just send him out there and hope he makes it. I would be really surprised if this kicking system makes it that much more challenging. There might be a higher learning curve, but I'm sure any decent player will be able to dominate it after some practice.
