Really, I don't give a damn about the drills, I just want a spring game.
Same here.

Yeah, but spring training gives you the benefit of actually watching your players progress instead of the sim-engine telling you (insert player) had a great spring. Plus, the position battle aspect of it (like in madden) is more intense at the college level. I'm not gonna go around and say it's a game killer, but I'd be a tad disappointed if it didn't make the cut for 360.

I think we won't get a spring game. I remember from the IGN article, it said that impact players will be handled differently on current and next gen. I don't think you can assign impact players in dynasty mode for next-gen.

Wonder why that would be, I guess this is the first year of the game on next-gen and things are not transferring over like madden 06. I hope we get a complete game compared to current gen.

no spring game, impact player tinkering for next gen would be really disappointing. so if no spring game, has it been said that there is a spring drill thing for next gen?

[quote=AirLobo23]Check out EA's updated website. Lists specific features for the 360 and then the xbox/ps2. Spring game and spring drills are not listed for the 360! Kind of disappointing if this is the case.

It's EA what do you expect? Look at any of their 360 sport games. They don't put alot of effort into their sport games anymore.

Re: Spring Game not in 360 version?

Taken from GameSpot:

The Xbox 360 game will feature a 3D map of the country, as well as a new menu system, which should help you navigate through all 50 states and your team-specific needs with greater ease than ever before. And of course, there's the aforementioned spring-practice game--which pits your first-team offense against your second-team defense, and then the second-string offense against your primary defensive team--to help you address the biggest holes in your team.
