xbox version vs. xbox 360 version

I wish that the xbox version would be backwards compatible on the 360 so I could rent and try both and see which one I like better since I only have a 360 now. Anyone think there is an outside chance that the xbox version will be included in the next backwards compatibility update?

I'd be very surprised. From what I hear the next update comes in June and the game won't even be out yet. The only recent sports game on the BC list is Winning Eleven 9. I think Konami pushed for it because they had no next-gen version. Sadly, I think the last thing EA wants is people with 360s buying the XBOX version instead of the 360 version.

I agree with everything, except IMO team specific playbooks is definitely not fluff, and perhaps the trick plays aren't either (we'll have to see how they pan out).

actually, they are PS2 shots. however, the xbox version will have the same playbooks.
