Should've mentioned I'd never play as a school from: Iowa,Virginia,Arizona,Wisconson or Oregon.

Looking like it'll be Ohio State. Louisville seems to have the RB I'd be looking for so how do transfers work? I know it's much different from trades. Are they even in the game? Last NCAA game I played was 2004 and spent most of the 1 day rental in the classic mode and before that it was Bill Walsh Football.

You don't get to choose or even influence who transfers to your school - it's very random.

Isn't it obvious? He has a problem with Iowa because they get too much attention during the election primaries. Virginia's out because they were in the confederacy during the civil war. Arizona is practically Mexico, Wisconsin is practically Canada, and Oregon is just a bastardized version of Washington.

I'd recommend a team from New Jersey. America would prefer not to be associated with New Jersey, and as a result, it's an ideal fit for a Canadian player.
